COVID Policy
The physicians here at Center for Orthopaedic Specialists would like to share with you about how we have adapted to the Covid-19 pandemic. We want to assure everyone that we will continue to provide the highest quality orthopaedic care while protecting the health and well-being of our community, staff, and patients.
We continue to update specific protocols to prevent the spread of COVID-19 according to federal, state, and city guidelines. At this point in time, all of our staff members will be wearing masks and we ask every patient to be wearing a mask.
We are also glad to announce that we are offering Telehealth appointments on a case by case basis for current patients presenting for follow up, recheck, or imaging review. New patients to our clinic will still be asked to come in for in person evaluations. Telehealth appointments are video or telephonic appointments performed while you, the patient, are in the comfort of your home. We provide easy to understand instructions, so that any person has the means and opportunity to have a video or telephone appointment.
All of our past and current measures are designed to minimize your exposure risk. We are in unique and challenging times, and we acknowledge that risk. That is why we are here to work together to serve you. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
